SEC. 364. INCREASE IN CAPITAL ASSET THRESHOLD UNDER DEFENSE BUSINESS OPERATIONS FUND. Section 2216a of title 10, United States Code, as redesignated by section 1074(a)(10) of this Act, is amended in subsection (i)(1) by striking out “$50,000” and inserting in lieu thereof “$100,000”.
