SEC. 224. ONE-YEAR EXTENSION OF DEADLINE FOR DELIVERY OF ENHANCED FIBER OPTIC GUIDED MISSILE (EFOGM) SYSTEM. Section 272(a)(2) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1996 (Public Law 104–106; 110 Stat. 239) is amended by striking out “September 30, 1998,” and inserting in lieu thereof “September 30, 1999,”.
