SEC. 910. REMOVAL OF SECRETARY OF THE ARMY FROM MEMBERSHIP ON THE FOREIGN TRADE ZONE BOARD. The first section of the Act of June 18, 1934 (Public Law Numbered 397, Seventy-third Congress; 48 Stat. 998) (19 U.S.C. 81a), popularly known as the “Foreign Trade Zones Act”, is amended— (1) in subsection (b), by striking out “the Secretary of the Treasury, and the Secretary of War” and inserting in lieu thereof “and the Secretary of the Treasury”; and (2) in subsection (c), by striking out “Alaska, Hawaii,”.
