SEC. 201. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR RETIREMENT.Section 703(e)(1) is amended by striking “retires on becoming 70 years of age.” and inserting “may retire after becoming 70 years of age and completing 10 years of service as Comptroller General or Deputy Comptroller General (as the case may be).”.
