SEC. 745. REPORT REGARDING SPECIALIZED TREATMENT FACILITY PROGRAM. Not later than April 1, 1997, the Secretary of Defense shall submit to Congress a report evaluating the impact on the military health care system of limiting the service area of a facility designated as part of the specialized treatment facility program under section 1105 of title 10, United States Code, to not more than 100 miles from the facility.
