SEC. 1422. EXTENSION OF COVERAGE OF INTERNATIONAL EMERGENCY ECONOMIC POWERS ACT. Section 206 of the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (50 U.S.C. 1705) is amended— (1) in subsection (a), by inserting “, or attempts to violate,” after “violates”; and (2) in subsection (b), by inserting “, or willfully attempts to violate,” after “violates”.
