SEC. 1724. ASSESSMENT OF COST SAVINGS. No later than one year after the effective date set forth in section 1725(a), the Comptroller General shall submit to the 110 STAT. 2760Committee on Governmental Affairs of the Senate and the Committee on Government Reform and Oversight of the House of Representatives an assessment of the costs of Federal travel administration that are saved as a result of the amendments made by this title and the regulations prescribed to carry out the amendments.
