SEC. 1063. AUTHORITY TO ACCEPT SERVICES FROM FOREIGN GOVERNMENTS AND INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS FOR DEFENSE PURPOSES. Section 2608(a) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by inserting before the period at the end the following: “and may accept from any foreign government or international organization any contribution of services made by such foreign government or international organization for use by the Department of Defense”.
