SENSE OF SENATE REGARDING BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA.
SEC. 1083. SENSE OF SENATE REGARDING BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA. It is the sense of the Senate that, notwithstanding any other provision of law, in order to maximize the amount of equipment provided to the Government of Bosnia and Herzegovina under the authority contained in section 540 of the Foreign Operations, Export Financing, and Related Programs Appropriations Act, 1996 (Public Law 104–107; 110 Stat. 737), the price of the transferred equipment shall not exceed the lowest level at which the same or similar equipment has been transferred to any other country under any other United States Government program.
