SEC. 2812. CONTRACTING FOR CERTAIN SERVICES AT FACILITIES REMAINING ON CLOSED INSTALLATIONS. (a) 1988 Law.— Section 204(b)(8)(A) of the Defense Authorization Amendments and Base Closure and Realignment Act (Public Law 100–526; 10 U.S.C. 2687 note) is amended by inserting “, or at facilities not yet transferred or otherwise disposed of in the case of installations closed under this title,” after “under this title”. (b) 1990 Law.— Section 2905(b)(8)(A) of the Defense Base Closure and Realignment Act of 1990 (part A of title XXIX of Public Law 101–510; 10 U.S.C. 2687 note) is amended by inserting “, or at facilities not yet transferred or otherwise disposed of in the case of installations closed under this part,” after “under this part”.
