SEC. 2868. NAMING OF BUILDING AT THE UNIFORMED SERVICES UNIVERSITY OF THE HEALTH SCIENCES. It is the sense of Congress that the Secretary of Defense should name Building A at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences as the “David Packard Building”.
