SEC. 3157. REPEAL OF REQUIREMENT RELATING TO ACCOUNTING PROCEDURES FOR DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY FUNDS. Section 3151 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1995 (Public Law 103–337; 108 Stat. 3089) is repealed.
