SEC. 3178. DEFINITIONS. In this subtitle: (1) The term “Secretary” means the Secretary of Energy. (2) The term “Department” means the Department of Energy. (3) The term “defense nuclear facility” has the meaning given the term “Department of Energy defense nuclear facility” 110 STAT. 2851in section 318 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 (42 U.S.C. 2286g).
