SEC. 3180. REPORT. Not later than September 30, 2000, the Secretary shall submit to Congress a report on the effectiveness of this subtitle in expediting environmental restoration and waste management of defense nuclear facilities. The report shall include recommendations on whether this subtitle should remain in effect beyond September 30, 2001.
