SEC. 302. LETTERS OF INTENT. Section 3(a)(4) of the Urban Mass Transportation Act of 1964 is amended by striking out “provided in an appropriation Act” and by striking out “specified in an appropriations Act.” and inserting in lieu thereof “specified in law.”.
