SEC. 3522. DEFINITIONS AND RECOMMENDATION FOR LEGISLATION. Section 3 (22 U.S.C. 3602) is amended— (1) in subsection (b), by inserting “and” after the semicolon at the end of paragraph (4), by striking the semicolon at the end of paragraph (5) and inserting a period, and striking paragraphs (6) and (7); and (2) by striking subsection (d).
