SEC. 2421. RELATIONSHIP TO OTHER LAW. Nothing in this chapter or the amendments made by this chapter shall be considered to supersede or otherwise affect section 2721 of title 18, United States Code, with respect to motor vehicle records for surveys, marketing, or solicitations.
