SEC. 323. PREVENTING INCORRECT ISSUANCES. Section 11(e) (7 U.S.C. 2020(e)) (as amended by section 311) is further amended by inserting before the semicolon at the end of paragraph (3), the following; “, and that the State agency shall provide the household, at the time of each certification and recertification, with a statement describing the reporting responsibilities of the household under this Act, and provide a toll-free or local telephone number, or a telephone number at which collect calls will be accepted by the State agency, at which the household may reach an appropriate representative of the State agency”.
