Sec. 119. Transfer of Certain Bureau of Land Management Facilities.— (a) Battle mountain, Nevada.— Not later than 30 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary of the Interior, acting through the Director of the Bureau of Land Management, shall transfer to Lander County, Nevada, without consideration, title to the former Bureau of Land Management administrative site and associated buildings in Battle Mountain, Nevada. (b) Winnemucca, Nevada.— (1) Transfer.— Not later than 30 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary of the Interior, acting through the Director of the Bureau of Land Management, shall transfer to the State of Nevada, without consideration, title to the surplus Bureau of Land Management District Office building in Winnemucca, Nevada. (2) Use.— The transfer under paragraph (1) is made with the intent that the building shall be available to meet the needs of the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources of the State of Nevada.
