rehabilitation services and handicapped research For carrying out, to the extent not otherwise provided, the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Helen Keller National Center Act, as amended, $1,667,570,000, of which $1,450,000,000 shall be for allotments under sections 100(b)(1) and 110(b)(3) of the Rehabilitation Act, $17,200,000 shall be for special demonstration programs under sections 311 (a), (b), and (c), $750,000 shall be for carrying out section 202(j)(1), and $4,900,000 shall be for the Helen Keller National Center Of the funds provided under the heading “Rehabilitation Services and Handicapped Research” in fiscal year 1987 in Public Law 99–500 and Public Law 99–591, for carrying out the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, which are unobligated, the sum of $500,000 is reappropriated for an allotment under section 100(b)(1) of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 to Montana for obligations incurred by Montana during fiscal year 1987.
