SEC. 311. USE OF LAPSED SECTION 9A AND SECTION 9 FUNDS. Section 9(o) of the Urban Mass Transportation Act of 1964 is amended by striking out the period at the end of the second sentence and inserting “not later than 30 days after the end of such period.”.
