SEC. 327. APPROPRIATIONS FOR CRIMINAL ALIEN TRACKING CENTER. Section 130002(b) of the Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act of 1994 (8 U.S.C. 1252 note) is amended— (1) by inserting “and” after “1996;”, and (2) by striking paragraph (2) and all that follows through the period at the end and inserting the following: “(2) $5,000,000 for each of fiscal years 1997 through 2001.”.
