SEC. 648. SENSE OF CONGRESS REGARDING AMERICAN-MADE PRODUCTS; REQUIREMENTS REGARDING NOTICE. (a) Purchase of American-Made Equipment and Products.— It is the sense of the Congress that, to the greatest extent practicable, all equipment and products purchased with funds made available under this division should be American-made. (b) Notice to Recipients of Grants.— In providing grants under this division, the Attorney General, to the greatest extent practicable, shall provide to each recipient of a grant a notice describing the statement made in subsection (a) by the Congress.
