SEC. 651. DESIGNATION OF A UNITED STATES CUSTOMS ADMINISTRATIVE BUILDING. (a) Designation.— The United States Customs Administrative Building at the Ysleta/Zaragosa Port of Entry located at 797 South Zaragosa Road in El Paso, Texas, is designated as the “Timothy C. McCaghren Customs Administrative Building”. (b) Legal References.— Any reference in any law, regulation, document, record, map, or other paper of the United States to the building referred to in subsection (a) is deemed to be a reference to the “Timothy C. McCaghren Customs Administrative Building”.
