SEC. 201. STATE DEMONSTRATION GRANTS. Section 303(e) of the Family Violence Prevention and Services Act (42 U.S.C. 10420(e)) is amended— (1) by striking “following local share” and inserting “following non-Federal matching local share”; and (2) by striking “20 percent” and all that follows through “private sources.” and inserting “with respect to an entity operating an existing program under this title, not less than 20 percent, and with respect to an entity intending to operate a new program under this title, not less than 35 percent.”.
