SEC. 232. VICTIMS OF CHILD ABUSE ACT OF 1990. Section 214B of the Victims of Child Abuse Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C. 13004) is amended— (1) in subsection (a)(2), by striking “and 1996” and inserting “1996, and each of the fiscal years 1997 through 2000”; and (2) in subsection (b)(2), by striking “and 1996” and inserting “1996, and each of the fiscal years 1997 through 2000”.
