SEC. 101. SUPPORT FOR INTERNATIONAL EFFORTS TO CONTROL DRUGS. The Attorney General, in consultation with the Secretary of State, shall coordinate international drug enforcement efforts to decrease the movement of methamphetamine and methamphetamine precursors into the United States.
