SEC. 207. TERMINOLOGY CHANGES. (a) Definition of “Construct”.—Section 8101(2) is amended— (1) by striking out “working drawings” and inserting in lieu thereof “construction documents”; and (2) by striking out “preliminary plans” and inserting in lieu thereof “design development”. (b) Parking Facilities.—Section 8109(h)(3)(B) is amended by striking out “working drawings” and inserting in lieu thereof “construction documents”.
