SEC. 405. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS FOR STATE-SPECIFIC SAFETY MEASURES. There are authorized to be appropriated to the Federal Aviation Administration not more than $10,000,000 for fiscal year 1997 for the purpose of addressing State-specific aviation safety problems identified by the National Transportation Safety Board.
