SEC. 125. PERIOD OF APPLICABILITY OF AMENDMENTS. The amendments made by this subtitle shall cease to be effective on September 30, 1998. On and after such date, sections 47114, 47115, 47117, and 47118 of title 49, United States Code, shall read as if such amendments had not been enacted.
