SEC. 303. LIMITATION ON AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS FOR AUTOMATIC DECLASSIFICATION OF RECORDS OVER 25 YEARS OLD. Of the amounts authorized to be appropriated for fiscal year 1997 by this Act for the National Foreign Intelligence Program, not more than $27,200,000 shall be available to carry out the provisions of section 3.4 of Executive Order 12958.
