Sense of Senate Provision

Sense of Senate Provision It is the sense of the Senate that no funds appropriated under this Act or made available by 39 U.S.C. 2401(a) be used by the United States Postal Service to implement Phase II of the contract between the United States Postal Service and Perot Systems until forty-five days after the General Accounting Office reports to Congress on the Perot Systems sole source contract and that the General Accounting Office report to Congress within forty-five days of the adoption of this amendment.
