Section 1. Funds made available to the United States Postal Service pursuant to section 2401(a) of title 39, United States Code, shall be used hereafter to continue full postal service to the people of Holly Springs proper, including upgrading, remodeling, and improving the United States Post Office building located at 110 North Memphis Street, Holly Springs, Mississippi. This title may be cited as the “Postal Service Appropriation Act, 1989”.
