SEC. 304. WHITE RIVER BASIN, ARKANSAS AND MISSOURI.The project for flood control and power generation at White River Basin, Arkansas and Missouri, authorized by section 4 of the Act entitled “An Act authorizing the construction of certain public works on rivers and harbors for flood control, and for other purposes”, approved June 28, 1938 (52 Stat. 1218), shall include recreation and fish and wildlife mitigation as purposes of the project, to the extent that the additional purposes do not adversely affect flood control, power generation, or other authorized purposes of the project.
