SEC. 308. LOS ANGELES COUNTY DRAINAGE AREA, CALIFORNIA.The non-Federal share for a project to add water conservation to the existing Los Angeles County Drainage Area, California, project, authorized by section 101(b) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1990 (104 Stat. 4611), shall be 100 percent of separable first costs and separable operation, maintenance, and replacement costs associated with the water conservation purpose.
