SEC. 318. PANAMA CITY BEACHES, FLORIDA.(a) In General.—The project for shoreline protection, Panama City Beaches, Florida, authorized by section 501(a) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1986 (100 Stat. 4133), is modified to direct the Secretary to enter into an agreement with the non-Federal interest for carrying out such project in accordance with section 206 of the Water Resources Development Act of 1992 (33 U.S.C. 426i–1). (b) Reports.—Not later than 6 months after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall transmit to Congress a report on the progress made in carrying out this section and a report on implementation of section 206 of the Water Resources Development Act of 1992.
