SEC. 329. SAGINAW RIVER, MICHIGAN.The project for flood protection, Saginaw River, Michigan, authorized by section 203 of the Flood Control Act of 1958 (72 Stat. 311), is modified to include as part of the project the design and construction of an inflatable dam on the Flint River, Michigan, at a total cost of $500,000.
