SEC. 337. RENO BEACHHOWARDS FARM, OHIO.The project for flood protection, Reno BeachHowards Farm, Ohio, authorized by section 203 of the Flood Control Act of 1948 (62 Stat. 1178), is modified to provide that the value of lands, easements, rights-of-way, and disposal areas that are necessary to carry out the project and are provided by the non-Federal interest shall be determined on the basis of the appraisal performed by the Corps of Engineers and dated April 4, 1985.
