SEC. 360. WEST VIRGINIA TRAILHEAD FACILITIES.Section 306 of the Water Resources Development Act of 1992 (106 Stat. 4840–4841) is amended— (1) by inserting “(a) In General.—” before “The Secretary”; and (2) by adding at the end the following: “(b) Interagency Agreement.—The Secretary shall enter into an interagency agreement with the Federal entity that provided assistance in the preparation of the study for file purposes of providing ongoing technical assistance and oversight for the trail facilities envisioned by the plan developed under this section. The Federal entity shall provide such assistance and oversight.”.
