SEC. 109. AMENDMENTS RELATING TO TITLE 18, UNITED STATES CODE (CRIMES AND CRIMINAL PROCEDURE). (a) Presidential Protection Assistance: Determination of Fair Market Value of Improvements.— Section 5(b) of the Presidential Protection Assistance Act of 1976 (Public Law 94–524; 90 Stat. 2476; 18 U. S. C. 3056 note) is amended by striking “Comptroller General of the United States” and inserting “Director”. (b) Disputes over Purchase of Prison-Made Products by Federal Departments.— Section 4124(b) of title 18, United States Code, is amended by striking “Comptroller General of the United States” and inserting “Attorney General”.
