SEC. 302. REFUND OF CONTRIBUTION FOR DECEASED DEFERRED ANNUITANT UNDER THE JUDICIAL SURVIVORS’ ANNUITIES SYSTEM. Section 376(o)(1) of title 28, United States Code, is amended by striking out “or while receiving ‘retirement salary’,” and inserting in lieu thereof “while receiving retirement salary, or after filing an election and otherwise complying with the conditions under subsection (b)(2) of this section,”.
