SEC. 205. DIVERSITY JURISDICTION. (a)In General.—Section 1332 of title 28, United States Code, is amended— (1) in subsection (a) by striking out “$50,000” and inserting in lieu thereof “$75,000”; and (2) in subsection (b) by striking out “$50,000” and inserting in lieu thereof “$75,000”. (b) Effective Date.—The amendment made by this section shall take effect 90 days after the date of enactment of this Act.
