NONDISCLOSURE OF PORT SECURITY PLANS.

SEC. 302. NONDISCLOSURE OF PORT SECURITY PLANS. Section 7 of the Ports and Waterways Safety Act (33 U.S.C. 1226), is amended by adding at the end the following new subsection (c): “(c) Nondisclosure of Port Security Plans.—Notwithstanding any other provision of law, information related to security plans, procedures, or programs for passenger vessels or passenger terminals authorized under this Act is not required to be disclosed to the public.”.
