SEC. 307. AMENDMENT TO REQUIRE EPIRBS ON THE GREAT LAKES. Paragraph (7) of section 4502(a) of title 46, United States Code, is amended by inserting “or beyond 3 nautical miles from the coastline of the Great Lakes” after “high seas”.
