Sec. 104. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to place the United States Secret Service, the United States Customs Service, or the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms under the operation, oversight, or jurisdiction of the Inspector General of the Department of the Treasury. This title may be cited as the “Treasury Department Appropriations Act, 1989”.
