TRANSIT TECHNICAL AMENDMENTS.

SEC. 327. TRANSIT TECHNICAL AMENDMENTS. (a) Urban Mass Transportation Act.—(1) Section 5(h)(1) of the Urban Mass Transportation Act of 1964 is amended by striking out “approach” and inserting in lieu thereof “approval”. (2) Section 5(j)(1) of such Act is amended by striking out “action” and inserting in lieu thereof “section”. (3) Section 5(n)(2) of such Act is amended by inserting “and section 9” after “this section”. (4) Section 16 of such Act is amended by redesignating the second subsection (c) as subsection (d). (5) Section 17(d)(4) of such Act is amended by striking out “; and”. (b) Surface Transportation Assistance Act of 1982.—Section 303 of the Surface Transportation Assistance Act of 1982 is amended by striking out “(a)” the first place it appears.
