SEC. 408. DISPOSAL OF CERTAIN MATERIAL. Section 641(a) of title 14, United States Code, is amended— (1) by inserting after “with or without charge,” the following: “to the Coast Guard Auxiliary, including any incorporated unit thereof,”; and (2) by striking “to any incorporated unit of the Coast Guard Auxiliary,”.
