SEC. 747. TECHNICAL CORRECTIONS TO REFERENCES TO ICC. Section 27 of the Merchant Marine Act, 1920 (46 App. U.S.C. 883), is amended— (1) in the third proviso— (A) by striking “Interstate Commerce Commission” and inserting “Surface Transportation Board”; and (B) by striking “said Commission” and inserting “the Board”; and (2) in the fifth proviso— (A) by striking “Interstate Commerce Commission” the first place it appears and inserting “Surface Transportation Board”; and (B) by striking “Interstate Commerce Commission” the second place it appears and inserting “Board”.
