WUPATKI NATIONAL MONUMENT BOUNDARY ADJUSTMENT.

SEC. 207. WUPATKI NATIONAL MONUMENT BOUNDARY ADJUSTMENT. The boundaries of the Wupatki National Monument, Arizona, are hereby revised to include the lands and interests in lands within the area generally depicted as “Proposed Addition 168.89 Acres” on the map entitled “Boundary—Wupatki and Sunset Crater National Monuments, Arizona”, numbered 322-80,021, and dated April 1989. The map shall be on file and available for public inspection in the Office of the National Park Service, Department of the Interior. Subject to valid existing rights, Federal lands and interests therein within the area added to the monument by this section are hereby transferred without monetary consideration or reimbursement to the administrative jurisdiction of the National Park Service, to be administered as part of the monument in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable thereto.
