SEC. 506. BLACK PATRIOTS MEMORIAL EXTENSION. The legislative authority for the Black Revolutionary War Patriots Foundation to establish a commemorative work (as defined by the Commemorative Works Act (40 U.S.C. 1001 et seq.)) shall expire October 27, 1998, notwithstanding the time period limitation specified in section 10(b) of that Act (40 U.S.C. 1010(b)).
